I have been a customer of RRWH for about 2 years. Over these two years I have found RRWH hosting to be a completely professional orgaization. By my own definition I define a company as professional based on their technical knowledge, customer service, and eagerness to complete a task. RRWH meets all these requirements in full.
Firstly, they include a contact number where they can be reached 24/7 when you have problems or general questions...and it's free. The tech support line is via VOIP and their help page includes insturctions on how you can also use the same service to contact them for free. Additionally, they respond to email usually within the hour. RRWH does not have a technical support ticket team, and quite frankly, there's no need. If you email them with a question or problem, one of their techicians will recieve your email and work on the problem until it is solved. Not only are they technically competent, but they are also friendly. I've struggled with other hosts for shell access to my account from time to time for heavy uploading. Most hosts refused. RRWH, on the other hand, asked me why I needed it and then gave me access for as long as I needed it.
RRWH has also assisted me in creating custom scripts, often times, when I asked for help, the simply created the script for me and for no charge. They work with my needs and understand my personal situation, giving the whole thing a personal touch. It feels as if you are hosting your website with a good friend and not a company.
When I was studying programming at the University of Maryland, I once wrote a php script to email me alerts using sendmail when a particular event occured on my website. Instead, I accidentally wrote an infinite loop sending thousands of emails over a weekend. I was contacted by RRWH, I explained my error, why it occured, and they understood. They recommended specific changes to my script and took no negative action against me.
