I made a huge mistake by taking a hosting package for one year in the middle of March 2010. When you first try to set up everything seems fine and there is a 24hr waiting period for the settings to take effect, that is the last time anything happens.
You can try anything on their site nothing works, support just goes to another url that does not work, hit the refund button nothing works, the only thing that works a 100% is the time it takes to take your money. Working in South Africa stops me from wasting money on international calls and after speaking to Pay Pal there was seemingly no intrest in investigating a ghost company, so the next sucker's bucks will just follow mine into some con artist's pocket.
My money has been ripped off and all I hope is that these people really feel pain when it all comes back to them one day.
