Don't expect to EVER be able to talk to somebody, by chat or by phone.

Don't expect to be notified of a planned outage!
Don't expect to be notified of an expired cc-card on a renewal!
Don't expect to site to remain up through a payment cycle!
On an unplanned outage, Don't expect to get notified of expected outage duration!
Don't expect to get notified of cpanel interface changes!
Don't expect anything that might be construed at human-to-human interaction in any form!
Don't expect that their whois DB info is correct or useful!

If you expect only space, email addresses, and your webhost to never communicate with you, this is the place for you... but if you like your customers not to call saying "your site is down", without you being aware of anything and no way to get info, then DON'T GO HERE!
