Cold Media, not sure where it's going?

I have to admit that Cold Media is one of the few hosts that actually impressed me in my time of operating a website. I hosted with Cold Media for more than 6 months and throughout that time, despite the outages and data losses, I was happy.

The first time I ever lost my data with Cold Media, I was angry and contacted support. They admitted that they were in the wrong (very rare for a host to do so) for not backing-up all server information and gave me several months free.

The support I received from Cold Media was invaluable, with quick and precise responses, issues I'd had with the control panel or something not working were quickly fixed to normal operating procedures.

Cold Media certainly do look after their customers and have a great listing of value for money hosting plans. They have since resolved their down-time issues and have become a stable, friendly hosting provider.

Biggest Pro: Excellent support and uptime
