Excessive Down Time - No Customer Support -They Don't Give a Damn
I have not been able to access my sites or CPanel for 2 weeks, nor can I access their Support ticket system to submit a ticket. They don't answer their phone. Their email responses state they are working on it, but never any solution or assistance.
I pay them $24.95 a month for a host / server I cannot access.
I would rate them a minus 3000.
In response to their poor service and bad name they are starting a new company called Hostorix, so they can put their bad name and service behind them and find some new suckers to sign up for their service.
Biggest Pro: Absolutely NONE
Biggest Con: Downtime, No Customer Service - They Take Your Money and Run
