blue capacity has NO customer service... very rude and unhelpful

Used blue capacity for over two years, intermittent uptime issues, changed IP without notifying customers, problems with customer service only communicating by IM & very VERY rude. Apparently a reseller. VERY poor customer service. Poor uptime.

Biggest Pro: fairly cheap
Biggest Con: poor uptime & customer service
Blue Capacity is NOT recommended by M. Eldridge. This person does NOT recommend Blue Capacity.
